- Typical waiting period: 15 minutes before a new session.

Admitted
The patient requests a voucher based on the length of stay and the number of devices they will use.
- Duration: 1 to 7 days.
- Between 1 and 5 simultaneous devices.
- Free or paid voucher; paid access can be assigned higher bandwidth.
Token
Emergency access for users who need to show a token from their health insurance or social security program and do not have mobile data or adequate coverage.
- 10 minutes of Internet access.
- No email, social account or personal data required.
- Maximum 3 sessions per day.
Staff
Access for doctors and employees using an operational password that changes weekly.
- Typical session: 30 minutes.
- Maximum 3 to 5 sessions per day.
- Weekly password sent automatically on Mondays at 9:00 AM.
Internal Use
Profile reserved for healthcare facility personnel who require permanent connectivity.
- Access with no time limit.
- Each person has their own user account.
- Individual, permanent credentials.
Technical Area

- Fixed username and password.
